HWID Resets

HWID resets are automatic, but if our system detects abuse, your account will be banned.

Forgot your password?

If you need to reset your password, open a ticket on our Discord server.

Can I transfer my active license?

No, you can't transfer an already redeemed license.

Can I share or sell my account?

No, sharing or selling your account is not allowed.

Requirements

Install the following requirements to use raDBD:

DirectX Runtime

Setup

1. Download the loader from your Customer Dashboard or email.


2. Extract the files to a location of your choice.


3. Start the loader.


4. Create your account.


5. Head to the 'Licenses' tab and redeem your key.


6. Go back to the 'Home' tab.


7. Select the product and click on Load.


8. On first launch, a message will prompt you to add mods to the new folder. Follow the instructions.


9. Once you have added all the mods, simply press OK on the message box and start the game.

Troubleshoot

Driver Failed!

Restart the loader and reinject.

Failed CreateTargetForHwnd

Ensure the game is not running as Administrator.

Load failed!

Restart the loader.

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)

Reinstall DirectX Runtime / Disable your antivirus.

PAK number is too low, skipping PAK files with chunk number less then 10000

User needs to rename all mod file names that are under 10000 to be over 10000
pakchunk499... -> pakchunk49900...

Couldn't find target window!

Update your driver and reinject.

Missing module d3dcompiler

Reinstall DirectX Runtime.
